I have over 15 years of experience photographing families and I know I can provide the highest quality of photographic images to you when my session guidelines and advice are taken. The ‘Love or Lose’ Guarantee does NOT apply to…

- Children who are sick. If this is the case I ask you to reschedule your session. 

- Family members who are unhappy with what they are wearing. 

- Families who are late to their session. If you are late and don’t give me the time I need to make the magic then you will not be eligible for the guarantee. 

If you find yourself wanting to chat about taking up my guarantee [which has never happened and I hope never will!] you need to be willing to enter into a discussion with me about it.
