What to expect of me

Expect that I'll go above and beyond to get the images I know you want. I guarantee I'm not leaving our time together unless I'm happy!

Expect that I'm relaxed & I'm not going to say weird things [like old-skool photographers did]. I'm a Mum myself and I know how to interact with you + your little people. No weird vibes, I promise!

Expect me to give you a little direction so you don't feel awkward. Expect me to prompt you into a few scenes that might get you laughing or cuddling each other, I might even encourage you to play a few games with your kids or even throw them in the air!

Expect that I understand what it takes to get to your shoot. I know that you're probably twisting your partners arm! Expect me to be thankful for the effort you've made, for the planning you've put into outfits + the kid centred logistics that you've juggled! It will be all worth it, I promise!

Photo editing

Editing is a big part of what makes my images stand out as timeless editing takes time. Editing is the unseen magic ingredient that takes your images from being 'nice' to a body of art that you will treasure for years to come.
I've been perfecting my editing style for years [and years!]! I put my own personal 'Amy Oliver' touch on every single one of your images and they are not delivered to you unless I am 110% happy.
All my pricing takes into account this perfected, creative [ + sometimes arduous] editing process, one which I am very proud of.
Are you wanting a combined pregnancy and newborn session? It’s quite simple, just add a maternity shoot to any of the above collections

What you need to know
One thing I've been told is that my instagram feed looks 'too perfect,' families loving on each other in beautiful homes & locations and that "My family doesn't look like this." But I want to assure you, my photos look like this because I'm good at my job!
I can capture these moments even if you live in a standard Australian two bedroom unit or even when you're NOT 'feeling it!' One of my super powers is being able to walk into any situation, find the nice light and take a meaningful photo [and if I can't do this, I'll refund you]!
